support to our portfolio of products. This is accomplished through a
talented, experienced workforce, continuous product and services improvement,
cost control and accountability, efficiency and responsiveness, and an emphasis
on customer satisfaction. Our Customer Service team is
dedicated to provide the highest quality services to sustain customer
satisfaction through timely response and intervention. Via our 1-800 #, your
employees and HR managers can contact us with their health and welfare
program questions. Our customer service representatives will document the
call and act as liaison between your employee, HR administrator and the
respective insurance carrier. Your employee will be notified of the expected
date of resolution and, if resolution is not received, we will follow-up
until the issue is satisfactorily resolved. Our Customer Service team is
available between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. BCG continually strives to achieve
exceptional customer service by targeting areas in need of improvement and
identifying potential solutions to improve customer satisfaction. If you
