Since 1993, the New Jersey League has been offering CIGNA Behavioral  Health Employee Assistance Programs in all its medical programs or as an optional stand-alone benefit plan.

This Employee Assistance Program was designed to offer specific, tangible benefits to organizations, managers/supervisors, and employees. Although the services available to each audience are slightly different, the purpose and outcomes are the same: To maximize employee health and morale, minimize stress and behavioral problems, and create a safe and productive workplace.

EAP SERVICES FOR ORGANIZATIONS

·          Employee orientations that encourage early access to EAP for personal concerns.

·          Executive briefings to review EAP capabilities.

·          On-site Critical Incident Response team of clinicians for cases of workplace trauma.

·          Wellness Seminars that provide relevant information to employees on general or organization-specific issues.
