Pascack Community Bank provides a variety of important health benefits to
our employees. These health benefits are described in detail in the
Employee Benefits Packet you have received. Pascack Community Bank has
contracted with Bankers Cooperative Group (BCG) to administer these health
benefit programs.
This packet was developed to describe some of the health programs and health
benefits available to eligible employees of Pascack Community Bank.
You are responsible for completing the enrollment application and
sending it, in a timely manner, back to Bankers Cooperative Group in order
for them to enroll you for health coverage. You will have access to an 800
Toll Free Number to personnel at BCG who will be able to describe the health
plan options and quickly walk you through the application process. Once BCG
has processed your application, they will forward a letter of confirmation
to you, with a copy to the Human Resources Department of Pascack Community
Bank. Included with your letter will be a Benefit Profile that will
illustrate the total value of the health benefits being provided, your
contribution (where applicable), and the percentage of health benefits that
the Pascack Community Bank provided benefits represent.
Your employee health benefits are an important part of your total
compensation package with Pascack Community Bank. Please spend some time
reviewing the enclosed materials to familiarize yourself with the many
health benefits that are being provided to you.
