BCG is an insurance management organization founded by The New Jersey League of Community Bankers with roots back to 1982. BCG serves all New Jersey financial institutions, financial services support companies and employees of both. The original focus of marketing group benefit programs has expanded since then to include comprehensive administration, consulting, claims services and communication packages.

Through its Specialty Lines Brokerage facility, BCG is a source for Directors & Officers, Fidelity Bond, Employment Practices Liability and related P&C programs. Select insurance products and services are available on an individual basis to all industry employees and their dependents.
